丙型肝炎的防治是世界性难题,缺乏可靠的丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)细胞模型和实验动物模型足导致其进展缓慢的主要原因.建立理想的HCV细胞模型有助于深入研究HCV感染与复制等环节的机制,为预防HCV感染和治疗HCV相关疾病提供依据.自人类发现HCV以来,国内外研究者曾尝试用各种方法建立HCV细胞模型,本文拟对这些研究作一综述.
