Abstract
本文将枯草芽孢杆菌菌株GB03和保水剂结合在一起,研究其对盐生牧草小花碱茅生长和耐盐性的促进作用。结果发现,在正常条件下,添加保水剂和GB03的幼苗比对照地上部干重增加53.5%, Na+含量降低56.7%, K+含量增加64.3%, K+/Na+提高157.5%;比单独添加GB03的幼苗地上部干重增加116.8%, Na+含量降低49.2%, K+含量增加119.1%, K+/Na+提高2.3倍。在400 mmol·mL-1 NaCl盐胁迫下,添加保水剂和GB03的幼苗比对照地上部Na+含量降低19.6%, K+含量增加119.6%, K+/Na+提高162.7%,渗透势降低44.7%;比单独添加GB03幼苗地上部K+增加107.4%, K+/Na+提高120.7%,渗透势降低10.2%。结果表明,保水剂与枯草芽孢杆菌GB03结合能显著促进正常条件和盐逆境下小花碱茅的生长,显著降低地上部Na+含量,增加K+含量,提高K+/Na+,并降低了叶片渗透势,从而有利于小花碱茅幼苗适应盐逆境。
