Abstract
国内实验Beagle犬种质资源保存利用及制备基因修饰人类疾病动物模型,要求有充足的Beagle犬胚胎.目前诱导排卵技术在犬上效果不明显,体内获取犬成熟卵母细胞有困难.同时,尽管科研人员对犬卵母细胞体外成熟培养进行了多方面的尝试,但尚未获得突破,成熟率低,严重制约了其在种质资源保存、基因修饰模型制备及生物医学研究中的应用.本文梳理了不同犬龄及生殖周期、卵母细胞形态与体积及脂滴在Beagle犬卵母细胞体外成熟中的影响,以为其体外成熟寻找新的突破口.
