Abstract
采用Franz扩散池考察溶液和混悬液的体外经皮渗透特性,计算混悬液和溶液中VBE-1的渗透动力学参数,并测定VBE-1在皮肤中的滞留量.溶液中VBE-1的稳态渗透速率显著提高,渗透时滞明显缩短,24h单位质量皮肤累积滞留量提高了35%,VBE-1的经皮渗透行为得到了优化.制备VBE-1凝胶,选用棕黄色豚鼠为动物模型,考察VBE-1对紫外线诱导皮肤色素沉着的干预作用,结果显示2% VBE-1凝胶组的皮肤黑色素增加量明显低于空白基质组.VBE-1在较高浓度时对紫外线诱导的皮肤色素沉着有一定的干预作用.
