响应面法优化纤维素酶协同提取沙棘籽粕原花青素的工艺研究

Abstract
利用单因素试验及响应面法优化纤维索酶协同甲醇超声提取沙棘籽粕中原花青素的工艺.通过单因素试验筛选出提取时间、料液比、及提取液pH三个主要因素,以沙棘籽粕原花青素提取得率为响应因子进行Box-Behnken中心组合试验计划,建立沙棘籽粕原花青素提取得率的二次回归方程,得到最优提取条件.响应面法分析结果表明,最佳提取工艺参数为:超声功率250 W,室温下,酶用量为3%,提取时间55 min,料液比1:30g/mL,pH值为5.0,提取3次.在此条件下,沙棘籽粕原花青素提取得率为3.07%.
