Abstract
杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体( KIR)属于免疫球蛋白样受体超家族的成员。恩替卡韦( entecavir, ETV)是临床上应用广泛的抗乙型肝炎病毒( HBV)药物。为探讨KIR基因多态性与HBV感染慢性化及慢性乙肝患者对ETV抗HBV治疗应答差异相关性,我们对60例实验组及60例健康志愿者进行KIR基因分型检测。
