近年来的研究发现Th17细胞在多种自身免疫性疾病、炎症及肿瘤的发生与发展中发挥重要的作用[1-2].由于此类细胞以分泌的胞内细胞因子为标记,所以目前尚没有较好的分离纯化方法.本实验探讨了体外扩增Th17细胞的实验方法及影响因素,以期为进一步研究其表型与功能奠定基础.
