CYP2E1基因单核苷酸多态性在从江香猪中的分布

Abstract
为了解CYP2E1基因单核苷酸多态性在从江香猪中的分布,积累从江香猪药物代谢模型基础资料,应用SNaPshot分型技术对141份从江香猪样品CYP2E1基因13个错义突变位点进行基因分型,并统计群体遗传学指标.结果显示:rs694867178、rs693643523、rs321622043、rs706465876、rs690804887、rs707424098、rs698846226、rs708577553、rs695879722和rs80932038共1 0个位点表现为单态,rs793477975、rs691870665和rs80969284共3个位点表现为多态.多态位点的基因型分布频率为:rs793477975 (CC 95.74%,CT 4.26%)、rs691870665 (AA9.93%,AG 32.62%,GG 57.45%)、rs80969284 (AA7.8%,AG 33.33%和GG 58.87%);等位基因分布频率为:rs793477975 (C 97.87%,T 2.13%)、rs691870665 (A26.24%,G 73.76%)、rs80969284 (A 24.47%,G 75.53%).rs793477975位点多态信息含量、杂合度、香农信息指数都很低,有效等位基因数小,变异小;rs691870665和rs80969284位点多态信息含量、杂合度、香农信息指数都较高,有效等位基因数较大,遗传变异较大.结果提示,从江香猪CYP2E1基因总体上纯合度高,在药物代谢动物模型开发上具有良好基础.
