T淋巴细胞是人体内重要的特异性免疫细胞,它与许多疾病的发展和转归密切相关,T淋巴细胞数量的多少以及功能的强弱能够反应人体免疫系统的状况.T淋巴细胞数量的检测主要以细胞表面特异分子和流式细胞术为依据,其功能的检测主要包括细胞增殖分化功能、细胞毒功能和细胞分泌功能的检测等层面.应用众多的检测方法能够分别从形态学、细胞学和免疫分子学等方面间接的评估T淋巴细胞的功能,这些检测方法均具有各自的优势.
