Abstract
骨质疏松是一种以骨量减少、骨微结构损坏,导致骨脆性增加,易发生骨折为特征的全身性骨疾病.Preptin是一个由胰岛B细胞分泌的含有34个氨基酸的肽段,在糖代谢和骨代谢中发挥重要的生理作用.已有研究表明,preptin具有促进成骨细胞增殖及分化的功能,这提示preptin在未来骨质疏松的新药物研究中具有潜在的价值.
