Abstract
自身抗体是可以识别位于细胞内、细胞表面或细胞外的自身抗原的免疫球蛋白,其产生是自身免疫病重要的特征之一.现已发现,自身抗体除具有致病作用,参与自身免疫病的发生发展外,部分自身抗体的可变区具有酶的催化活性,可通过催化底物水解,发挥调节作用,还有一部分自身抗体具有治疗潜能.因此,自身抗体作用与相关机制的阐明,对进一步加深对自身抗体的理解具有重要意义.
