Abstract
胰腺癌(PC)是一种恶性程度极高的消化系统肿瘤,由于其生长的无痛性与隐匿性,且没有真正有效的常规检查与特异且敏感的肿瘤标志物,使得胰腺癌病人常在晚期才被诊断,而这时他们已失去了手术的最佳时机,因此寻找肿瘤早期标志物具有重要意义.由于胰腺癌标志物如趋化因子及受体、磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-1等的联合检测可能对胰腺癌早期诊断与预后评估具有很大价值,因而有待进一步研究.
