正交实验优化超声辅助提取牡丹种皮总黄酮及其抗凝血活性研究

Abstract
采用超声辅助法提取牡丹种皮黄酮,通过乙醇体积分数、液固体积质量比(mL·g-1)、超声时间和超声功率4个因素对牡丹种皮黄酮提取得率的影响进行了正交实验,确定超声辅助提取牡丹种皮黄酮最佳条件为:乙醇体积分数为55％,液固体积质量比为20∶1,超声提取时间为40 min,超声功率为140 W,牡丹种皮黄酮得率为46.50‰.经过柱层析纯化后,牡丹种皮黄酮中含有203.5 mg·g-1槲皮素和23.2 mg·g-1木犀草素.大鼠体内实验证明牡丹种皮黄酮具有良好的抗凝血作用.
