多巴胺受体D2(dopamine receptor D2,D2)属于G蛋白偶联受体(G protein-coupled receptor,GPCR)家族成员,其信号通路参与调节细胞分泌和细胞活力,是重要的药物靶点.目前研究显示,D2广泛表达于多种肿瘤细胞,对肿瘤的发生发展和转移具有重要意义.该文就D2在肿瘤发生发展和治疗中的作用进行综述,对其在不同肿瘤中的分布、信号转导和选择性配体进行了小结.
