脊髓损伤是一种严重的中枢神经系统损伤,常导致患者瘫痪或死亡,预后差.脊髓损伤主要包括机械损伤和继发性损伤两个过程.在继发性损伤过程中,多种信号通路被激活,在脊髓损伤的发病机制中起重要作用,其中,RhoA/Rho信号通路在脊髓变性和再生中起着特殊的作用.本文讨论RhoA/Rho激酶信号介导的脊髓发病机制,以及针对RhoA/ROCK通路靶向药物的治疗进展.
