延龄草皂苷是从延龄草属植物中提取分离的甾体皂苷,是发挥生物活性作用的主要成分.其通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞转移,逆转耐药性,调节机体免疫力,增强化疗药物疗效等发挥抗肿瘤的作用.本综述主要分析和总结延龄草皂苷抗肿瘤作用的主要途径和机制.
