Abstract
蜕膜自然杀伤(decidual natural killer,dNK)细胞是存在于母胎界面并与胎儿滋养层细胞密切接触的免疫细胞.近年来的研究发现,正常妊娠过程离不开dNK细胞分泌的相关因子的作用,如母胎耐受、子宫螺旋动脉重铸、血管形成等.现主要综述了近年来dNK细胞参与子宫螺旋动脉重铸及血管形成等方面的研究,以及dNK在维持正常妊娠中的可能作用机制.
