餐余地沟油制备混合脂肪酸的技术研究

Abstract
脂肪酸广泛用于食品及化工领域,也是重要的有机化工和精细化工原料.市场上使用的脂肪酸大多是从动植物的油脂中皂化或高压水解纯化后获得.本项目采用餐余地沟油为原料,进行了混合脂肪酸的制备研究,并对制备工艺条件进行了优化,得到最终的优化条件为:油水比为2,NaOH用量为25g,反应时间为5h,反应温度为65℃.在此优化条件下,可获得混合脂肪酸.
