Abstract

针对超滤膜在饮用水处理中的膜污染问题,进行了外压式中空纤维超滤膜运行条件优化的研究.试验结果表明:最优工况下,跨膜压差增长缓慢且系统产水率在95％以上.其中,物理清洗采用气洗、水力反冲洗和正冲洗,最佳清洗参数为:气洗50 s,强度为133 L/(m2 ·h),水力反洗100 s,强度为2 m3/h,正冲洗40 s;化学反洗为每隔物理清洗4次采用100 ppm次氯酸钠进行1次.
