Abstract
当前LED研究的重点在于提高LED的出光效率,特别是外量子效率而表面粗化是提高外量子效率最简单有效的方法之一.本文主要介绍了表面粗化提高氮化镓基LED出光效率的原理,垂直结构LED的粗化特点,并利用模拟仿真软件Tracepro对垂直结构LED的表面粗化进行了计算,确定了设定属性下出光效率最高时的条件.
