多载具式自动化立体仓库货位分配建模与仿真

Abstract
研究多载具式自动化立体仓库的货位分配问题,可提高系统运作效率,降低成本.对双载具和三载具两种设备配置下的货位分配问题进行分析,根据存储系统实际运作情况,考虑堆垛机在行走过程中的加速度,建立更符合实际的数学模型.考虑行程时间和货架稳定两个目标来建立货位分配数学模型,并采用改进遗传算法进行仿真求解.通过对不同任务量的订单进行仿真求解,对比遗传算法和改进遗传算法的偏离误差和平均偏差,验证了改进遗传算法可行有效.
