陇东致密油藏低界面张力及高接触角助排剂的研发及应用

Abstract
针对长庆油田陇东致密油藏储层特点和压裂施工工艺要求,选用16碳链长度的阳离子型表面活性剂与非离子型氟碳表面活性剂复配,研发了低表界面张力的助排剂CQZP-1.优化后的助排剂,采用K100表界面张力仪测试表面张力结果为22.130 mN/m;SVT20N旋转界面张力仪测试该助排剂的界面张力值低至0.024 mN/m;DSA100视频光学接触角测量仪测得其与天然岩心间的接触角高达83.6°;并且具有一定的耐盐能力和热稳定性.2015年,在陇东致密油藏开展了206口井239层现场试验与应用.与同区块使用常规助排剂CF-5D的油井相比,现场返排液接触角较大,表界面张力减小,一次放喷率提高10%.
