采用热电偶方法,对石英玻璃工件进行有、无超声振动的磨削温度实验研究.首先选择合适的热电偶及热电偶测温方法;然后设计了超声振动辅助微磨削实验方案并分析超声振动在不同加工参数下对磨削温度场的影响.实验结果表明:超声振动能够有效的降低磨削过程中的温度.
