Abstract
为比较不同等级退化草地独一味根系分泌物差异,采用土培法收集不同退化程度草地中独一味根系分泌物,测定其总有机碳、总氮,采用GC-MS对脂溶性成分作定性分析,比较其种类和相对含量差异.结果表明,极度退化样地独一味根分泌总碳量为2.480 mg?L-1?h-1,分泌总氮量为2.189 mg?L-1?h-1;轻度退化样地独一味根分泌总碳量为2.829 mg?L-1?h-1,分泌总氮量为3.429 mg?L-1?h-1.分别从两样地中鉴别出成分9种和18种,其中相同成分6种.由此可知,极度退化样地独一味根总碳、总氮量、分泌物成分种类和相同成分峰面积百分比均比轻度退化样地低,且差异较大.
