Abstract
油田油管修复过程中滚动碰撞产生的噪声问题,研制了一种全自动油管防碰降噪装置.该装置在油管架桥上加装防碰装置,降低噪声,该善工作环境,确保操作人员的人身安全.现场应用情况表明:结构简单、自动化程度高、反应灵敏、降噪效果好;油管碰撞产生的噪声由原来1 20dB降低到75dB,收到良好效果.
