Abstract

为了提高原材料的利用率,同时减少污水中悬浮物的含量,减轻NaY分子筛装置外排污水造成的环境污染,在NaY分子筛合成技术上采用了母液硅全循环技术.采用此技术后NaY分子筛合成时投料硅利用率可大幅度提高,装置标定结果表明,可以提高30％左右.因此,为进一步提高催化剂厂的环保水平,还需进一步提高NaY分子筛合成过程中硅的利用率.
