冷轧汽车结构件用钢B340LA再结晶组织及其力学性能研究

Abstract
通过金相组织观察及力学性能测试研究再结晶温度(650～7500℃)及保温时间(10～60min)对冷轧汽车结构件钢B340LA组织及性能的影响规律.实验结果表明:压下量为80％的冷轧B340LA钢板B340LA再结晶温度为750℃左右.随再结晶退火温度的升高及保温时间的延长,钢板强度、硬度降低,塑性增加.冷轧B340LA钢板经700～750℃保温30～60rmin后抗拉强度均大于440MPa,屈服强度均大于340MPa,伸长率大于24％,硬度值大约在220Hv,符合产品要求.
