文章首先利用python语言对知乎网站中关于"头腾大战"的问题与回答数据进行了批量采集,并利用snownlp包对回答的内容进行了情感分析及可视化分析.接着,对回答的支持方进行了人工标注和统计分析,最后,得出了回答内容的情感特征和网友对于两家企业的支持情况.
