Abstract
由聚乙二醇和环氧树脂制备环氧树脂非离子型乳化剂,然后采用反相乳化来制备环氧树脂乳液,并以此为原料制备水性环氧清漆并喷涂、固化.研究了乳化剂结构和反应机理及动力学,研究了催化剂、转化率、反应物配比等对反应和环氧树脂乳液性能影响的因素.制备的乳化剂以环氧树脂为主要原料,有与环氧树脂相似的链段,从而使乳液稳定性加强,涂层固化后涂膜平整均匀.
