Abstract
探讨建立一种亚硝酸钠氧化法测定血清总胆红素的新方法.采用亚硝酸钠氧化法测定血清总胆红素反应前后吸光度的变化，与标准品相比较，求得标本中总胆红素的浓度.精密度试验批内精密度（CV）值为1.38％；批间CV值为1.74％.线性范围可达792μmol/L .与其他相关试剂比较γ=0.9967.可用于检测临床标本.
