Abstract
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取莳萝蒿挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术结合各化合物保留指数对其中的化学成分进行鉴定.莳萝蒿挥发油共鉴定出53种化合物,占挥发油色谱峰总面积的90.02％.主要成分及其相对质量分数分别为桉油精(22.48％)、β-侧柏酮(15.16％)、侧柏酮(4.33％)、松香芹酮(4.16％)和左旋龙脑(4.08％).
