蛹虫草子实体胶囊对S180小鼠抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

Abstract
采用小鼠腋下S180实体瘤模型,通过检测抑瘤率、免疫器官重量以及血清NSE、CEA、CA72-4等指标,全面评价蛹虫草子实体胶囊对S180小鼠的抗肿瘤作用.结果表明,蛹虫草子实体胶囊中、高剂量能明显抑制S180实体瘤的生长(P＜0.05);高、中、低剂量均可延长S180腹水瘤小鼠的生存时间;高、中、低剂量组均能降低血清NSE的值;中、低剂量组均能增加血清CEA的值;高剂量组能增加血清CA72-4值,而中、低剂量则减少血清CA72.4值.研究认为,蛹虫草子实体胶囊对S180小鼠具有一定的抗肿瘤作用.
