脑卒中是危害人们健康的常见病、多发病.它的发生时常伴随情感障碍,其中卒中后抑郁(post stroke depression,PSD)最常见.随着卒中后抑郁发病率的逐年攀升,中医在PSD的治疗方面的独特优势也逐渐凸显,现将近年来疏肝解郁法治疗卒中后抑郁的临床进展进行综述,便于临床工作者运用.
