股骨粗隆间骨折多见老年人,近年来发病率逐年上升.其保守治疗时间过长,并发症较多,病死率高;因此,现在临床上多选择手术治疗,以缩短卧床时间,并降低并发症发生率及病死率,有助于早期功能锻炼,恢复肢体功能,提高生活质量.文章就近年来对老年人股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗进展论述.
