2015年1月6日中国农业部提出了将马铃薯发展为我国继稻米、小麦、玉米后第四大主粮,力争马铃薯在2020年前百分之五十用于主粮消费.但是为什么在我国当时是粮食产量十一连续增张,3大主粮自给率在红线以内、中国并不会出现闹粮荒的情况下,提出马铃薯主粮化战略呢.到底主粮和主粮化是什么意思?
