微弧氧化在铝合金表面制备氧化铝涂层的研究

Abstract
利用微弧氧化在铝合金表面形成氧化铝层，进行了XRD分析、硬度测试、耐磨性能测试。结果发现：涂层中含Al、γ－?Al2O3、α－Al2O3，硬度由560.2HV增大为890.6HV；摩擦系数由0.38变为0.68，但磨损量大大减少，耐磨性能得到一定的提高。
