Abstract
本文对影响滚筒式烘丝机筒壁温度批间波动性的影响因素进行了分析,建立了以恒定筒壁温度为前提条件的关键调整参数与筒壁温度预测模型,应用移动平均模型进行修正,并在生产操作方法中得到应用.结果表明筒壁温度批间波动大幅下降,稳定了产品内在质量.
