我院开展日间手术的效果评价与分析

Abstract
目的 探索开展日间手术的临床应用价值.方法 对照分析开展日间手术前后相关学科和主要病种平均住院日、例均费用的变化.结果 日间手术使全院和相关科室、相应病种的平均住院日明显缩短,例均住院费用明显下降.结论 开展日间手术可明显缩短人均住院日、减少人均住院费用,是解决“看病难、看病贵”有效的途径.
