Abstract
几乎全部的宫颈癌、部分肛门与生殖器肿瘤和口咽癌是由人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染引起,可通过疫苗和筛查进行预防.了解归因于HPV 感染的癌症负担可以推动 HPV疫苗接种和基于HPV的宫颈筛查方法的推广.Martel 等从GLOBOCAN 2012、五大洲癌症数据库中的高质量癌症登记中心获取相关数据并计算归因分值(AF)和相对贡献. 结果显示全球所有癌症中4.5%(每年新发癌症630 000例)归因于HPV感染,其中女性为8.6%,男性为0.8%.
