Abstract
重度宫腔粘连(IUA)是子宫内膜基底层受损而导致的宫腔部分或全部闭塞,表现为月经异常、不孕或反复流产等[1],近年来发病率呈不断上升的趋势[2].目前,首选宫腔镜下行TCRA治疗IUA[3].但术后再次粘连的发生率高[4],如何预防术后再次粘连受到广泛关注.本文回顾性分析重度IUA行TCRA后临床资料,探讨术后3种预防宫腔再粘连方法的临床效果.
