Abstract
脆性x综合征(FXS)是一种常见的遗传性智力低下综合征,其发病率仅次于唐氏综合征,呈X连锁遗传.FXS的发病率男性为1/4000,女性为1/6000.99%以上的FXS患者,其发病的分子遗传学基础是FXS智力低下基因1(FMR1)动态突变,使其编码的脆性X蛋白(FMRP)表达减少或者缺失.
