Abstract
抗苗勒管激素(AMH)对卵泡形成起着抑制作用,其主要表达于次级、窦前和小窦状卵泡的颗粒细胞.多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的导致育龄期妇女不孕的内分泌代谢异常性疾病.AMH与PCOS生殖内分泌各个方面均有密切联系.该文从AMH对激素的调控机制入手,综述了AMH与PCOS患者生殖内分泌的相关性,探讨AMH作为潜在的生物标志物运用于PCOS临床诊断的可能性.
