2019年湖北省主动监测到1起百日咳家庭聚集性疫情,及时开展流行病学调查和处置.调查发现感染可能来源于某母婴店,成人感染后引起了家庭内续发病例.建议加强对百日咳疫情的监测和应对、成人百日咳病例的调查和管理以及相关场所的卫生监管.
