Abstract
目的 探讨P-cadherin和34βE12在乳腺柱状细胞病变中的表达与意义.方法 采用EnVision免疫组化染色法检测P-cadherin和34βE12在乳腺柱状细胞改变和增生(columnar cell changes and hyperplasia,CCCH)及平坦型上皮非典型增生(flat epithelial atypia,FEA)中的表达水平,评价两者在乳腺柱状细胞病变(columnar cell lesions,CCLs)中的诊断意义.结果 P-cadherin在CCCH中阳性表达为96.0％(72/75),在FEA中阳性表达为45.5％(5/11),表达差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);34βE12在CCCH中阳性表达为77.3％ (58/75),在FEA中阳性表达为27.3％(3/11),表达差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 P-cadherin和34βE12有助于CCCH与FEA的临床病理诊断.
