盆底仿生物电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床研究

Abstract
目的 探讨盆底仿生物电刺激对薄型子宫内膜的治疗效果.方法 选择妇科就诊的薄型子宫内膜患者56例随机分为治疗组及对照组各28例,治疗组患者采用盆底仿生物电刺激治疗,对照组未行任何干预,比较两组患者治疗前、LH高峰日子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜(下)动脉阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI).结果 仿生物电刺激治疗后治疗组患者子宫内膜厚度和血流灌注均较治疗前增加,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组患者在LH高峰日子宫内膜厚度和血流灌注均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 仿生物电刺激通过提高子宫内膜血流灌注增加子宫内膜厚度,值得临床推广应用.
