Abstract
在论证商业保险公司承接大病保险建立整合式医疗的合理性基础上,以河北省黄骅市为案例,由商业保险公司制定家庭医生绩效考核规范,并按绩效支付,强化基层医疗体系;建立双向转诊指引,促进分级诊疗,建立整合式医疗体系.提出建立共享健康风险和利益的机制及慢病风险结构补偿基金等政策建议,以期为农村地区提供可行的解决方案.
