Abstract
目的:为各省完善新一轮药品招标采购中经济技术标评分标准的制定提供参考.方法:归纳2015年至2016年已公布的15省市的药品招标采购实施方案以及各省上一轮方案中的经济技术审评标准,对标准化后的各指标占比进行比较分析.结果与结论:新一轮方案中经济技术标评价体系的可操作性增强,对企业创新研发能力要求提高,产品实力占比增加,但个别指标的评审标准以及对违规行为的处置力度仍存在较大差异.建议国家层面建立一套审评体系,再由各省根据自身情况进行微调,进而减少企业在招标环节的成本.
