南通市2007-2010年居民恶性肿瘤死亡状况分析

Abstract
目的 了解南通市2007-2010年居民恶性肿瘤死亡状况,为恶性肿瘤防治提供科学依据.方法 对南通市2007-2010年居民死亡资料进行分析,采用死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、平均减寿年数(AYLL)等指标进行分析.结果 南通市2007-2010年居民恶性肿瘤的年均死亡率为244.97/10万,标化死亡率为145.44/10万,占全死因的29.98％,前五位死因顺位为肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、肠癌.PYLL前三位分别为肝癌、肺癌、胃癌,而白血病在AYLL死因顺位中位居第一.结论 恶性肿瘤严重威胁南通市居民生命健康,肝癌、肺癌应重点防治,应采取有效的防治措施,减少或预防恶性肿瘤的发生,提高居民生活质量.
