针对目前医院呈现一院多区管理的发展态势,以华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院为例,对一院多区的管理模式面临的主要问题与挑战进行分析,讨论采用精简扁平化组织结构设计的一体化管理模式取得的成效,为以后完善多院区管理起到了一定的借鉴作用.
