Abstract
为提高医院高值耗材的精细化管理水平,医院基于HRP系统实施高值耗材条码化闭环管理,打通和HIS系统的收费接口,达到对医用高值耗材从入库到使用等环节的条码化监督以及从采购到发票核销、付款的全流程闭环追溯管理.该管理措施不仅提升了医院高值耗材物流管理效率,而且使得对高值耗材的管理模式更加科学化、精细化,也达到了规范管理、方便临床使用的目的.
